Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Because each item is handmade to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or for larger orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
